Hillman Beer

The beers and service were excellent. The food was delicious. They are dog friendly both indoors and outdoors. The vibe here is casual. We had the Belgian pale ale, Belgian stout, ESB and dunkel witbier. They were all delicious and well balanced. The burger was like a smash burger with nice sear and served on a beautiful bun with lettuce, tomato and light ketchup and maybe mayo. House pickles on the side and house made chips. The kale salad was a nice balance to the burger with a bright lemony dressing and pepitas. And we couldn't pass on the pumpkin bread pudding, which was other worldly!

We love Hillmans! Delicious beers, kind staff and the food is pretty good! I only say "pretty good" because this last time we were there I am pretty sure the falafel I ordered on my bowl were just cornbread balls. But it was still good and this is the first time that the food hasn't been amazing. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

A great friendly place to grab a brew...or 2. The beers are good and the venue is huge. Lots of seating. Dog and kid friendly. We had the club and fries which was filling enough for 2 to split. The service was excellent. The waitress even stepped out onto the outside area by the creek to check on us! Very Well Done!!

We stopped here (along with many other local breweries) on our anniversary trip to Asheville. Hands down, this place was our favorite. The whole staff was so friendly (Scott took care of us the first time and he was awesome!) The beers (try the Half Back Assward IPA, It’s delicious!), cider and hard seltzer were all so good! We got the burger and Turkey Reuben which were so freaking good. On our second trip back, we got the house salad and the chefs famous bread pudding which the staff all raved about (especially Scott 😂) … and loved it all! The layout is great, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and everyone was just so nice. If we ever venture back to Asheville, this will be our first stop!

This was our brewery of choice after a 5 mile hike today- and we couldn’t have been happier! Beer was great, food was amazing, and I was lucky enough to meet the cutest little 4 mo old Aussie pup someone had with them. Service was great as well! Overall a great experience & good atmosphere. Pickle salad is 10/10.
