Arby's

It would seem that this location is under new management and they've gotten rid of the entire former staff. It was an awful experience. It felt like I was an inconvenience to the person taking our order - she had zero personality and seemed angry. Our order was incorrect (everything was made incredibly sloppily and nothing looked appetizing) and we were missing a sandwich altogether. It would seem that only two staff members speak English, so getting them to understand the situation was a challenge. We've gone to this location for 20 years, but this experience will end that.

Dining room closed at first one we went to. I'm not drinking the kool-aid, I don't believe in employee shortages. I do believe franchisees are simply trying to save money by closing the dining room. Food was good but my order of 5 jalapeño poppers had nothing at all inside 2 of them! Just the breading shell. What were the odds of that happening?

Worst experience ever! I wanted a side salad with no tomatoes. They refused to make me one. So I took one anyways thinking I would be able to pick them off because the salads were always full ... Ha! The one I got wanyt even half way full and they forgot my ranch!!! When I went to get ranch doors were locked so I went back to the drive thru and now irritated they refused to give me ranch!!! Rude, ignorant employees!!!

Drive thru had no menu had to use our phones to look it up. Was told they didn’t have potato cakes for the last 2 years, somehow the one on Colfax had some 2 weeks ago, also no Curley fries. Didn’t get Arby sauce, usually the best part of the meal. For all their aggressive advertising and banners in the windows getting food there is a challenge. We haven’t been to this store in years and will be another few before we visit again.

Terrible. I would leave 0 stars if I could. The order was wrong even though it wasn't busy. They stole $2.10 from me essentially by giving me a smaller incorrect sandwhich. The fries are close to breaking a tooth when you bite into them. Overall, probably won't ever be back. Wife's meat also tasted like plastic.
