Panera’s line: “Food As It Should Be”, needs to be explored to be more accurate. My food was not as it should have or could have been.
I ordered here, they are out of most items, basics like bread and clean plates. How do you run out of bread? Every time we asked for an order item the cashier had to ask the kitchen guy if they had it. We get our food to dine in—in to go bags. I inquire, and they say their dishwasher is broken and they have no plates. My to go quantity size is not the same as a bread bowl or actual soup bowl, end of spending $30+ on lesser amounts than you’d usually get because no one knows how to use their hands to wash dishes. The staff is also insincere and apathetic. I keep giving Panera another chance every 3 months and end up disappointed, so this will be my last time here.
No plates and no bread.

The line was super long at lunch, but then they figured out to add 2 more cashiers to speed up the process. The food was delicious and came super fresh. The fruit in my salad was crisp and lovely. This location doesn't have a drive through but would have really been nice. It does have plenty of seating indoor and out though.

This place needs new management and less apathetic staff. We came in tonight and everything we ordered the cashier had to ask someone if they had it. Every single order had something that they were out of. They didn't have turkey for my sandwich they didn't have baguettes for my soup they didn't have bread bowls, they didn't even have plates. Like how do you not have plates. They said the dishwasher is broken, I've worked in fast food before and I don't know if your staff is aware but you can actually wash dishes by hand. I know shocking revelation. The staff sarcastically wished us a good day when we questioned what was going on. Great customer service. Panera used to be a great place to go to but I would rank it along Taco Bell and McDonalds now the only difference is you can actually get a completed order at those places. Do better.

Update: still can't get an order 100% accurate. Only thing they can guarantee here is your order will never be correct.
Can't ever get my order right, both coffees made incorrectly today, missed an entire breakfast sandwich just a couple days ago. Don't expect your order to be right. The drinks aren't even full, guess they lie about checking it too

I ordered breakfast oatmeal. No taste. If you think sugar give taste to the oatmeal - you are wrong. SALT give taste to the food. My mom was professional cook and she always had added salt to morning meal.
So I added 7 packages of salt to my oatmeal and it was just enough. I wish Panera Bread will add salt to the oatmeal and stir it before serve. Oatmeal with strawberries was good after I added salt to it. Thank you!

The service here was fast and friendly! I stopped here for a quick beverage and the cashier on the front register was quick to not only take my order but make and serve it to me while I stood next to the front counter. I also saw another employee taking orders and deliver them to customers waiting outside for curbside pickup. It was busy inside this location but all the employees were working together in perfect harmony and not skipping a beat

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION
I just consumed food poisoning from them and looking back I’m not surprised I did. I know it came from this because I don’t eat breakfast, and after my lunch here it hit me. The location was disgusting and not well maintained. They had so many dishes sitting in their tubs, which you could tell have been sitting for days. The insides had trash all over the floor. Overall unsanitary and I’m definitely paying the price. Panera do better!!

Excellent food and friendly service but, for the 7 years I've been living near this place, I've noticed that the sun literally moves between the time you walk in and the time you walk out. It takes THAT long to order and get your food. If you eat the food inside the building, don't expect to need your sunglasses again when you walk back outside.
