Nothing Bundt Cakes

We ordered 9 dozen Bundtinis for our sons 4th birthday party. We chose vanilla, chocolate chocolate chip (x2), confetti, lemon raspberry, marble, pecan praline, red velvet, and white chocolate raspberry. The online ordering system was incredibly easy to use which allowed us to chose the delivery option. When the cakes were delivered they were still cold and easily fit into our fridge. When it came time to serve we pulled them out and they were in perfect condition. Everyone said how good (and cute!) they were. No mess because they were cupcake-sized. Having so many flavor options meant everyone has something they liked.

Went in today to order a small bundt cake. Staff member rudely stated that I had to order online. However, I checked the website the night prior and there was no indication that customers WERE REQUIRED to order online. They placed the option on the site as if it was an alternative choice, not as if we had to order through the website. Saw a couple other people get turned away for the same reason. They need to make it more obvious on their site. Also, the crowd of people waiting to get their ordered items had zero organization. It was a mess!

We were visiting family in Illinois and were served "nothing bundt cakes" for dessert! They are all delicious! Their frosting is incredible! After we returned home, I called to have gifts prepared for the relatives that hosted us. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I wish we had a location in our area!
