Burger King

I ordered the family bundle which comes with 3 whoppers, 3 fries, and 3 cheeseburgers and a 16 piece nugget meal. I was disgusted to find out that I was missing over half my entire order. My "family bundle" came with only 2 whoppers and 2 random chicken sandwiches which aren't included in the bundle. I was also thrown in a random kids meal which wasn't on my recipt. With the chicken meal there were no fries nor a drink. I deserve a refund and will never be ordering here again.

This Burger King is a hometown gem! They get the orders perfect and has that BK flaming hot taste every single time! The staff is so accommodating and professional despite all of the challenges during this pandemic. They truly are adapting to our ever changing world with admirable dedication. Plus, they are always nice and say, "Thank you."

To start off, no one ever took my order over the speaker. Which is fine, it happens, I am assuming I wasn’t seen when I pulled up. So once I got up to the window my order was taken. They made me pull to the side and I waited for 20 minutes. Car after car passed me as people were receiving their orders. Finally, I saw a woman walk into the restaurant after receiving her order through the drive through, so I followed her in. She clearly received my order instead of hers and she passed back the bags saying they gave her the wrong order. So a gentleman took her order back, rustled around in the bags, then proceeded to give me the same bags the woman just brought in. I was so disgusted, I called him out on what he had done and he refused to remake my order. The man just continued to tell me he gave me new bags but I clearly watched him give me the same bags. I stormed out because I was so frustrated. Never coming back again.
