I come here often and somehow Brandee always happens to be my waitress! She is amazing! Very friendly, personable and makes sure you are happy with your food and service. If something is wrong she will make it right. She has connected with me not only as a customer but on a personal level as well. She should be recognized by her management team and corporate office. Friendly, Fast, and Delicious Food! Our server, Brandee, went above and beyond to provide the best customer service we have ever experienced. She made us feel like family. Everyone else was also very friendly, made sure our coffee did not get cold, and refilled it multiple times. All employees had a smile on their face. The place was well decorated with a fall theme. The food was fresh and delicious! We had a wonderful experience. The employees were really trying to provide the best customer service.

Dines in at IHOP last night with my family and was truly impressed by our server, Carlos. Not only was he attentive and prompt, but he also offered great recommendations from the menu such as the new waffle. His warm and friendly attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. Exceptional service is hard to come by these days, and Carlos certainly sets the bar high. Will definitely be returning, hoping to be seated in his section again! Highly recommend. They also have outdoor dining.

Had breakfast here this morning with a long time friend that I have not saw in years. We had a great experience, food was excellent, waitress was wonderful and attentive. Very quiet environment at that time in the morning. Very convenient location and easily accessible. We decided to do this on a monthly basis and this will be our go to place for sure!
