Dunkin'

Restaurant is clean and nice looking, but the staff can be very disorganized which causes miscommunication and small mistakes. The order you receive will either have a minor piece missing or wrong. We go here due to its vicinity to where we drive for work. The younger crew work hard to keep up so cudos to them. My suggestion is to slow down, listen to what the customer wants and not focus on the commotion at that moment.

Gabriel(Gabe) was truly amazing he went up and beyond with professionalism being welcoming and providing a pleasant shopping experience. I went inside to thank him for being so pleasant and polite. This is THE best Dunkin that I have ever had the joy to go to! They accommodated my large order (50 doughnuts) easily, since I ordered at the shop the night before, and picked them up at a pre-determined time the following morning. Such a lovely, friendly crew, they're always ready and a pleasure to see in the morning when you need your breakfast!

This donuts shop was great when it first opened up. Then, the service degraded. They used to have condiments out which was perfect especially for someone like myself who prefers putting certain amount of sugar into my coffee. Now you must tell them how much sugar to put into your coffee at the time of ordering and they either put too much or not enough. Additionally, the customer service isn't as friendly as it used to be. Perhaps because now they're busier than when they first opened, so they careless about maintaining same level of customer service.
