Smoothie King

This morning, I placed an order using the Smoothie King app. Once I arrived, the store was closed. This was the third time I placed an order during store hours to find the store closed when I arrived. Finally after two hours, I was able to reach someone on the phone. I asked for a refund and was told to go through the app. No one could walk me through the process on the app. The last time this happened, the store processed the refund and I received email confirmation once it was done. So disappointing because I love their smoothies. Update: Thanks to Katelyn for processing my refund.

I was helped by Ms. Miranda and Ms. Giselle primarily and they were both delightful. 1- They treated my children with kindness and respect as opposed to the annoyance that is generally directed towards children these days. The whole team greeted us with smiles when we first walked in. Loved the vibes off of the whole group. *2- They made sure to provide me with all of my smoothie since sometimes the veggie smoothie recipe creates excess so I could get the full benefit of the protein I’d added. 3- I had no intention of buying my protein there because I’d been having bad experiences in Smoothie Kings in Georgia and North Carolina with the *2 problem... but when Ms. Miranda happily went out of her way to make sure that wasn’t an issue this time I decided to buy the SunWarrior Organic Plant-Based Protein Warrior Blend for an upcoming 7-day detox program here instead of something different somewhere else. Thank you for great customer service and a great experience ladies!
