Can’t stress enough how EXCELLENT the food was and how amazing our server Sara is. On top of the food being amazing, we experienced an unmatched customer service! This place is 100000/100. I would recommend it over an over again! We ordered birria, pastor, and asada tacos, pupusa and the crispy ceviche and the kitchen manager went above and beyond for us. THANK YOU!!!!!! Will come back for sure!!!!

The remodel looks really good!
The food is always great. Obviously there are something on the menu that I think are better than others. It that’s just my personal preference.
Someone on here complaining about the hybrid fast food thing…. Why is that even a compliant!?!? Fast food with good service is what you get here. It is a little more pricey than regular fast food but it’s always worth it.

A lot has changed since our last visit. The main thing is that they no longer have a soda fountain. Instead they offer you a canned beverage, which normally isn't an issue but they ran out of the regular Coke and Sprite and only had the Zero versions left. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but something to note.
The main thing is that the food is as excellent as it ever was. I've been to a lot of similar restaurants but nobody makes a chicken cheese steak like Guapo's. They also added Ceviche which was surprisingly not horrible. The presentation made me wary of it, but it tasted pretty good.

Came for the chicken soup, my favorite around. Lots of tender chicken and veggies but it was too salty this time. It is normally delicious for when you are sick and can't make your own. Will add water to dilute. The blackberry juice was delicious as well.

Chicken had really good flavor! Black beans and yucca are pretty amazing too. Very clean restaurant but the food is definitely pricey!

I have eaten at many places that claim to be good with rotisserie chicken but this is by far the best place. The food is fresh not raw. The staff is very courteous and friendly especially Wendy. I will definitely come back just for the food here. Try it out and decide for yourself. I was truly blown away.

We moved away before the remodel of this place and found ourselves in the area again. The remodel looks great, much more modern and trendy with a more adaptable menu featuring a la carte options in addition to meals. The food has always been great and it still is. The service was friendly and attentive, especially for a semi-fast-food place. I just wish they had one of these closer to where I now live.

My order was supposed to be completed by a certain time, and when I arrived they didn't know what I was talking about, then found it and had overlooked it for other orders.
Also, I ordered cooked cabbage and was given coleslaw. Fortunately, the food was great👍🏻, service, not so much.
