The worst Delivery Order I have ever gotten in my entire life!!! Ordered Two Breasts and a Wing Box. Got 4 legs and a wing. Ordered extra gravy side. Cup was half empty. Biscuit looked like someone stepped on it. The chicken I did receive,was also old, by several hours obviously. It's actually making me sick. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! They are obviously uncaring, unintelligent, and may possibly kill you!!!!!

What a joke this place is. I spent 24.00 for garbage. To start I had to yell into the speaker because nobody acknowledges you are waiting. He claimed his headset was off as 4 cars behind me are waiting. Order was all wrong ordered crunchy supreme taco’s no sour cream. I got soft taco’s with sour cream. Popcorn chicken was hard like it had been sitting for hours Biscuit also hard

This was in review of SACO, 04072 KFC. When chicken sandwiches first came out.bought one and absolutely loved it. My last 4 visits were horrible! I got chicken sandwiches with less than chicken tenders was lucky if it was 3 oz of chicken. They didn't have pickles or mayo the next 2 times and 1/2 pieces of chicken. The last was the worst small nibbles of hard chicken and just gross sandwich. Also same with fries everytime! I now drive to go to other KFC 15 miles away in Westbrook if I want to get good sandwiches. I live 1 and a half miles from the one that sucks! I had to edit this. Because it listed Westbrook which was incorrect. Westbrook has the best, fresh cooked chicken and service is Great!

I can't express enough how nice and accommodating the employees were for this visit!!! The gentleman at the register answered my many questions graciously, and was very helpful. He read back my order to me and made sure it was right. Then the gentleman who gave me my order also made sure it was right and it was. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the wonderful customer service and deliciously correct food!!!! 11/10 ⭐"s Well Done KFC!!!!

I’m an Uber Eats delivery driver and I accepted an order from this place around 9:30 pm last Sunday night. drive eight miles to pick it up. Arrived to a closed and locked up store. There were two employees in the back cleaning ip who saw me knocking on the front windows trying to get their attention but they basically ignored me and were saying we’re closed. I was out front for 10 minutes trying to get their attention. Even walked around back to the drive-through and tried knocking on that window and they wouldn’t even turn their back and acknowledge me. If somebody’s knocking on windows for more than 10 minutes trying to get your attention maybe it would be a good idea to come to the door and see what they’re trying to tell you? Don’t know how to contact the management here, but the store needs to not except Uber Ears deliveries that are pre-paid when they’re closed for business. I had to deal with a very irate customer that was insisting I bring the food because the Uber delivery order was taken and paid and showing this location as open.

Just picked up an order at the Westbrook store. I ordered the 8 piece meal that comes with 2 sides and 4 biscuits. For sides I ordered Cole slaw and fries. Got the Cole slaw but no fries. Tried to call them but no one answers their phone. I am all the way in Standish so didn't realize it until I got home. Can't go back now to get my fries. Very disappointed in their service.
