Pizza Hut

I ordered the 3 topping deal. I made 2 of my toppings mushrooms, because this store is VERY tight with toppings. Well, I barely got 1 toppings worth of mushrooms, and my other topping, pepperoni, wasn't great either. I had several slices with no mushrooms. On top of that, the dough was chewy. I feel ripped off and disappointed.

Everytime I pick up an order, they are always short staffed. Always people waiting in the lobby...waited about 10 minutes.. And it was great. This store does amazing at keeping the flow being as short staffed as they are. I worked here 12 years ago and can saw the job isn't always easy, even with a full staff. People are willing to wait patiently for the food quality. Keep up the amazing work!

Terrible experience. Got there for curbside pick up. They did not come out. Called them and they were not answering the phone. Pizza was cold because of it. Even worse, we had the triple treat box. The cinnabons were uncooked. They were dough with frosting on them. This was a miserable experience. I would suggest you go anywhere else than here. Go to a gas station for a better experience... Update: made a complaint and was told someone would call me in the days. They didn't. Made another complaint, was told they would call in three days. Eventually received a call from a manager who apologized that the location didn't get back to me. He made excuses and promised a refund. He said he would send some coupons. He didn't send anything. He did nothing he promised. Probably best to start away from all the pizza huts in the area of he manages them. Liars.

They put an unmistakably excessive amount of garlic salt on my pizza, and I could smell it right away. This was for delivery and obviously not edible in this state. I had to return it in person and while I waited in line the service was also bad for other people, and someone commented "This is why I go to Domino's, but there's no Domino's here in Westbrook." (They weren't from around here.)

I feel bad for the people who work here, they are severely understaffed and annoyed at how many calls they are getting for orders. Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. I haven’t had bad food from the Westbrook location yet. It’s amazing they can do what they do with how little they have to work with and miserable the environment is.
