Magic Grill

Most terrible customer service I’ve ever received. The only reason I ever order Magic Grill (Food is normally delicious) is for the gravy. I specifically ordered fries and gravy with my order and two sodas. Only got 1 soda and no gravy. Woman told me that the meals should have been $8 a piece when I paid almost $30 for the whole meal. I didn’t get a name but could tell that the woman was older. So rude and inconsiderate of the PAYING CUSTOMER. I won’t go back to Magic Grill West Monroe where the customer comes last and they can’t own up to their own mistakes.

We haven't been the Magic Grill in years We recently moved back and decided to order for supper last night after we had been working in the yard all day. It was the worst burger I've had in West Monroe. The burgers are small and taste like soy patties. They were not warm burgers and tasted like a burger you would get in highschool. Not impressive by any means. The onion rings we're small and burnt. I ordered no mayo and I received a burger with mayo only. I didn't get the toppings for my burger. When I called to tell them, they said we'll get it put together for you, come back. What they got together was the toppings for my burger! Not a new burger. The only savings grace for anything was the gravy my husband got with his hamburger steak plate. I dipped my burger in his gravy to give it flavor. We wasted $40. We should've gone to Vanna's and got a huge burger and delicious large homemade onion rings. We wont be ordering from Magic Grill again. If you're wanting an amazing burger, go to Vanna's on N 7th. Don't waste your money at Magic Grill!

This was such a disappointment. I hadn't had a poboy in years so I thought we would give Magic Grill West Monroe a try. The ticket was over $40 for my family of 4 (my boys are 12 and under). When you pay that much for fast food you expect it to at least be warm. Our fries looked and tasted like they were cooked 6 hours earlier. My husband's half shrimp poboy had exactly 5 shrimp on it. My boys both ordered cheese burgers (regular size, no kid's meal burgers available on the menu). They both said that they tasted like sonic except not as warm. The lady on the phone said it would be at least 30 minutes before the order was ready, so we waited 25 minutes to pick it up. Maybe it was ready faster than that, but that still wouldn't explain the stale fries. Please do better or lower your prices. *The only reason for 2 stars is because the gravy made the fries and my roast beef poboy edible.

I ordered a shrimp poboy and a hamburger poboy. If I can give Magic Grill in West Monroe zero stars, I would. First, the fries were old and hard. To make them appear fresh, they were warm by whoever. Second, it was the worst hamburger poboy that I have ever eaten. Whatever season that’s used on the meat, must have fall over on it because salty is an understatement. The shrimp poboy just didn’t have many shrimp on it but that was to be expected. Last, when I reported the issue with the food, although I had already threw it away, the person that answered the phone defended that salty burger by saying, all of their burgers are seasoned the same which is a lie and insult to my intelligence because I’ve had a hamburger from the one in Monroe and it wasn’t salty. Please don’t waste your money and go to the Creamery , I wasted $32.00.
