Mcdonald's

Management was RUDE! Bathrooms were DISGUSTING! Was waiting about 7 or 8 minutes for employees to stop cutting up with each other and come take our order. Nobody even came up until we started loudly calling for assistance and THEN was told to use the self help kiosks in the lobby and let them know when we were done. Well we did let them know and the manager catches an attitude while asking what we ordered. I said "shouldn't you already have the order if I used the kiosk like I was told to?" And she said "I don't know who told u to do that because the registers are down". Me, not understanding what one had to do with the other began to list off our rather long order only for her to walk off and start talking to somebody else. At this point I had it and walked out.

I believe I've already updated this review 3-4× over the years; Given that most franchises have the same or similar general policies, this McDonald's in particular is a prime example of how your staff can help or hinder your business. ♠ Currently, you've got a 50/50 chance of receiving decent service: • Pick the wrong shift & you may find yourself sitting in curbside for 45 min, waiting for 2 drinks, only to be hit with attitude when you pull to the window, like it's your fault no one wanted to walk outside; 乁( •_• )ㄏ ★ The "right" shift, however, will apologize multiple times for being out of espresso, and even though you've said it's no big deal, will still surprise you with a small upgrade at the window— just because. ʘ‿ʘ ♣ If I've been having "one of those days," I don't even roll the dice; I just drive a little farther & skip the potential drama altogether. •→•→•→•→•→•→•→•→•→• PS: I almost forgot the primary reason for updating this review: According to the website/app, Maps listing, and *even the door of the restaurant* there's no reason why I should find the dining room doors closed at 9PM on a Thurs night. Yet, here we are...

Give it a higher rating finally good management excellent service and food not tasting like bad Greece. This restaurant has taken a turn overnight for the better. Totally substantial cleaning inside and I worked in the restaurant business for 34 years I could find something wrong in a New York second. Nothing upon nothing including grease stains from cars in the parking lot everything is spic and span clean.
