Jersey Mike's Subs

Save yourself the time and money with this lousy Jersey Mike’s location. Employees need to pay closer attention to what the customer is asking for. Subs are sloppy and thrown together. Many times the bread is so brittle it falls apart in your hands. This review is not just based of just one bad experience. Unfortunately, tonight was my last trip to this location.

Horrible experience with ordering on the appt my sandwich was not ready when I walk in the store, after 45 minutes of waiting still not ready I saw customer walking in and ordering there sandwich and leaving. I canceled my order and left. THANK YOU for addressing the issue . I have went back and every thing was great. I change my 1 star to 4 stars

Love Jersey Mikes, but this has to be the worst location when it comes to order accuracy! I’ve been ordering here for years and they’ve messed up the smallest orders and the largest orders countless times over and over again! Unreal! Unfortunately i’ll have to drive a but farther to the next closest location instead of going through this over and over again!

Placed an order online for pickup. When i arrived, two customers that were walkins with no pre-order received their sandwiches prior yo my ahead they me oline order. I noticed when i gave my name a receipt was printed and placed on the counter. It was obviously forgotten and instead of being courteous and apologizing for the error, nothing was said as if i wouldn't notice. Poor customer service on every level!!!!! Update: gave this location one more try and this time i wasnt the only one that ordered online and watched other customers get served before a person that placed an ordrr ahead if time. This time for me, i had to stand around and wait for an employee to acknowledge my presence so they can hand me a hot sub that was sitting on the back counter for over 15 mins. The managnent and ownership has taken zero responsibility in fixing their issues and it will be my last time visiting this location. If you choose to go to this location, be ready to wait around forever and get poor customer service.
