Starbucks

Not too long ago I was at Starbucks with my daughter, prior to this experience I never had any problems with this Starbucks in particular and have always enjoyed the customer service. Recently however, I was there and there was one employee that stood out to me. Whoever was at the register and took my order, had great customer service, but I noticed in the back there was some tension amongst the other employees. I managed to see her name tag and I believe her name is aliyah. Not sure if she is the manager, but she was definitely not being professional with the other employees. The manner in which she was speaking to them seemed oddly aggressive and it was clear it was making other employees uncomfortable. I don’t know if this sort of behavior happens often but I hate to see other employees feel uncomfortable in their work space and it was definitely something I caught on to. Another customer that was standing along side me noticed as well and we gave each other disapproving glances about the management so it’s clear I was not the only one noticing. Hope management gets better there for the sake of the employees and customers because I would hate for her to be taking my order or anyone else’s.
