Much better in the past month or so. Staff is friendly and attentive. I was trying to remember the difference between two sandwiches that are similar. The cashier quickly identified the two sandwiches I had in mind and helped me select the one I needed. The manager seems new. I don't remember seeing him before May, but he has great customer service skills. I appreciate that he suggested other items I might enjoy in future visits. I have tried a few that he mentioned, and enjoyed them as something new. Thanks again.

Hit or miss. Usually drive-through worker taking orders sounds like they hate their job (While having a conversation with someone in their ear Bud). The food is usually cold. Once in a while they a actually serve it at the proper temperature but more times than not It's disappointing. Basically I just go there out of convenience while hoping for the best

You could have a wonderful experience yesterday or a horrible today . This poor kids are not e Well train they can't figure out how to put a coupon the right way. Big companies like this they are just worry about making money and they don't really care about consistency in their service. Like I say is a hit or missed experience.
