Me and my family personally did not have a great experience. The last 2 times we went the place smelled like old milk which leads me to believe they are not cleaning the machines properly or at all... The bathrooms are horrendous.. If you go towards the end of the night they won't fill up the containers such a strawberries, ect. The owner has actually told the employees not to fill them up all the way so people will take less and when the end of the night comes not to fill them once gone after a certain time. There coupon policy is rediculius and the staff is not pleasant at all. I will definetly be taking my business and money elsewhere.

My 5 grandchildren were at the store Saturday july 23. The young woman behind the counter was very rude and exasperated with the normal comings and goings of the kids. Rude, rolling eyes, spoke nastily to them. When giving samples, very put out about it, even to adults in the group!! When my grandson went to get more toppings, she yelled what are you doing??? Drop that now!!! Like u wld yell at a puppy. ( our understanding was it was all the toppings you want) even if it wasnt, there are ways to speak to people that dont involve derision. If this young lady has a problem with kids, a froyo place in the summer is not the place for her. Nastiness is bad for business. None of the 5 children want to go there again.
