Jack In The Box

Had to take my youngin to the bathroom while my mom was at the doctors. She also wanted nuggets, Jack was our first option. Very clean restaurant, very nice employees. Nice and quiet and they made my caramel iced coffee amazingly. And bonus there's a payphone out front! When's the last time u saw a payphone

I did not receive an item that I ordered. So when I went back and advise them that I did not receive that order. The work gave an slight attitude and told me it was in there. I advise her that I went all the way home unpacked everything and it was not in there. She continued with the attitude and started talking to her coworkers. It just seem like I did something wrong when I was completely nice. I work in EMS on the ambulance I know how rude people can get so I would never treat people with attitude or disrespect. I just wanted what I payed for, no attitude need.

I’ve came here several times to get my family food. The last few times have been HORRIBLE and to be honest last night was the worst. Customer service is absolutely disaster starting with the drive threw. The staff member taking my order was rude and rushing. The food was Disgusting. The fries were old and hard. The burgers were dry and not cooked fully. And my salad. No words can describe what was given to me. The Lettuce was old molded and frozen, The cucumbers look like they are about three weeks old you couldn’t even eat them you would get sick the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way in the cheese smell funny. I don’t know how an employee could add the crispy chicken onto the salad and still sell it to me. I am reporting this to Corporate and also the health department.
