Just went to the drive-through in order Hey sandwich the spicy Italian I asked for peppers onions olives and wax peppers and usually when you go in the store and make your sandwich they do not skimp out but apparently when you go to the drive-through they think it’s OK to skimp on the toppings I don’t know who made my sandwich with this person clearly needs to go back to sandwich making school and be brushed up this is clearly not a Subway sandwich

I ordered through DoorDash and the driver never delivered my order. DoorDash was giving me the run-around and said I needed to get it figured out through this Subway restaurant itself - the manager was rad and, after listening to all the details I had, he had spoken to someone at Subway up-the-chain to ensure I could get a refund. Awesome service and management, especially during a global pandemic and worker shortages.

8/19/18 I spent about 30+ minutes in your drive through at 5430 W Cypress Visalia, CA 93277. About 15 minutes after I paid a woman comes to the window and asks me what I ordered. I hand her the receipt. I wait a few more minutes and hear nothing. I knock on window and I received no response. I could hear your employees laughing and have a great time in the back. I finally get out of the car and walk inside. There is one employee helping a customer. While another walks out to mop the floors of the dining area. I see another employee in the back walk towards the break area for employees with multiple sandwiches. I wait patiently and finally another employee comes walking in. I explain what's going on and she apologizes. At this point all I want is a refund and the receipt so I can complain. A few moments later she comes walking up with the sandwich and the receipt. I'm sorry but I'm not going to eat that food, I have no idea what the employees may have done to it because I was upset. Never mind the fact that they clearly were not doing their jobs. I walked out with the receipt and no sandwich. I also received NO refund. Your company owes me $9.65. You're welcome to watch the videos. ID-Trans# 2/A-210042 This is not my first bad experience here. I never know what my sandwich is going to be like. Some times it's toasted, some times it's not, some times it has dressings I did not order or other things. I've never once complained because I'm not a picky eater and mistakes happen. But this experience tonight was beyond belief. If you're company would like a picture of the receipt feel free to message me.

This location has a touch screen order drive thru. Perfect for someone like myself whom is hard of hearing hearing and generally can't use a drive thru without telling the person working that I have to come to the window to order. Just remember to either bring sanitizer or gloves since it's quite obvious the screen isn't cleaned often. My only recommendation is to have someone go out at least ever few cars and clean the screen. Orders are complete faster than most other drive thru fast food places. And they're correct! Good job subway!!!

Drive through tip for newbies: hit look up previous order. Type in your phone number. It's going to say no previous orders...place your order. Next time you come through your order will be saved. If you don't want the same thing every time keep "adding new". All of your orders are saved. It makes the drive through so much faster! And no they won't send text message promos to you, it's strictly used for order lookup.
