I ONLY have two stars because the seating in there is ridiculous. I came to meet a client for some coffee and business and there was no seas available standing room only! Sorry I love Starbucks but this one needs some TLC

I spend good money in Starbucks. I love the products and the staff. However, at this location Visalia downtown, the oldest lady working there is super disrespectful. Today I asked for the restroom. She looked at me like mad. Opened it for me, asking me to stay behind her, far away. Before I was done with my phisiological needs, she nocks the door, and creamed saying there was a huge line out there. I did my best to get out soon. But there was only one person waiting for the restroom. I asked her where is the line. She said 3/4 people were waiting for the restroom but they left. What a lier. She doesn't represent what Starbucks means to me.

Last time I went my regular drink tasted nasty I asked the barista if she can re-do it and she gave me major attitude saying that was the recipe. I go to Starbucks 5 times a week so I know how the drink taste like. One male barista was there and offered to re-do my drink. When he did it, the taste was great. When the women did it it was literally 90% of water, no joke.

Employees close the store earlier than is posted on the door, seemingly whenever they feel like, so they get to go home early. No notice, no apologies. Rude to customers who arrive during posted business hours to find a locked door.

I really like the Starbucks on main street in Visalia. They do a great job, I haven't had a bad drink from here yet. There really nice and they have always had a positive attitude when I go in there. You can only go into the shop at this location. Also if you have a little time walk down main street. It can be fun looking at all the small shops down there. Have an awesome day. I had a mocha frappe cookie crumb some thing or other. It was very good. If you like frozen coffee it’s worth checking out. I lost my phone that morning and I stopped by to use their WiFi to locate it. I’m so great full for the WiFi. Thanks Starbucks.
