Sonic Drive-in

ordered burger wirh mustard 1st one had mayo. 2nd had ketchup and cheese.. 3rd one DIDNT HAVE MUSTARD.... I didnt focus on the mistake. But the customer service was impeccable. LIFE HAPPENS PEOPLE GET BUSY... THE CAR HOP APOLOGIZED AND I TOOK A PACKET OF MUSTARD.. COOK WAS LIKE.. IONGAF U AINT GETT MUSTARD.. LOL!!!

Sonic is amazing. My favorite thing is mozzarella sticks!! They have the best out of all mozzarella sticks in my opinion. At least fast food ones! I also love a lot of their other food like breakfast burritos, tots, and burgers are amazing, chicken any kind to be honest, also the ICE CREAM is so good too!!. The only problem is that it was a little expensive. I use the app and its deals or rewards to save some money!! I wish they would send me more though!! I would come back more often!! I will always come back to sonic for my food needs when I have the money!!

Food is given 4 stars not because of the flavor or anything like that . It tastes good as always, it was just that even after explicit instructions they still put cheese on my burger even though I requested that there be no cheese! They fixed the problem and I received a fresh burger very quickly! Other then one small mistake it was great. Love the pickle fries!!!!

Not exaggerating, this is the BEST Sonic location I have been to, thus far! Guy over the speaker who took my order was friendly & patient; the lady who gave me my food at the window was courteous. My food was FRESH! I could tell it wasn't pre-made, but freshly made after I ordered it. I got the Texas toast breakfast sandwich & tots. Toasty bread, not soggy, fresh tots! I'm amazed. This will be my new Sonic of choice. :) THX

We came in today and the employee, Kacy, is the only one in there working her life off, she is doing an excellent job by herself and I feel so bad for her. I know how it feels to be the only one working. Please, if you need a job, this store is the one. Please let Kacy know she is an excellent worker next time you come to this store. I love to get my limeade with easy ice and extra limes! I pick it up around 615 every morning. The staff is real friendly and fast! It's not easy working for Sonic as I spent a year as a manager. It's hard to keep your cool during a huge rush. But, I have stopped in and they are great at staying friendly and fast. Keep up the work guys!!
