Rocket Brothers

Of course I was a normal Starbies girl until I moved to Broken Arrow. I tried rocket for the first time the beginning of the week and I haven't not gone anywhere else since. The customer service Is ALWAYS great with the women that work at this specific location 👏 The coffees I've been getting so far has been Snickerdoodle 10/10 white Coconut mocha 10/10 pumpkin pie 10/10 flavors and everything was just amazing. They really know what they doing and glad my partner and I have a new home coffee shop. 🥰👏👏

UPDATE: a few years later and the service is absolutely impeccable!! Such sweet and kind ladies running the counter. They hired on an amazing crew, who take top tier care of the customer! It’s a breath of fresh air. 🤍 my husband and I come here almost every single day now. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I paid $5 in cash and the rest on card ($2) for my order a week or two ago. All was well until 2 days after my order, my charge updated to the full amount on card. Guess they took my $5 as tip. They stole from me. I called and even showing my bank record showing it updated from the original charge to the new charge wouldn't be enough. I don't keep coffee shop receipts. Awful customer service
