A typical airport terminal Maccas. Busy busy busy. No staff to clean the tables so you end up sitting down cleaning the table with serviettes. Food was the expected quality and they got the meal order correct from the self ordering system. Efficient turnaround from self service order to meal ready.

Could be much better. Tables and floor are filthy, not enough time to clean. burger was ok but Cold nuggets, tasted like they'd been in the warmer since lunch time.
For a busy Maccas they should be able to staff better to clean and maintain the food and service

Very dry and hard chips, not fresh at noon time. And it’s many customer, so that’s chips even couldn’t taste.

The service was very poor we almost missed our flight and we waited there for over 20mins for our breakfast meals to get ready and the staff was so unprofessional that they didn’t know how to operate in this situation and they were rushing. We had to cancel the order because they flight was about to fly. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE DO NOT EAT FROM THIS FRANCHISE.

First they got my order wrong and when they got it ready the burger looked and tasted like was cooked an hour before. It was also cold as were my fries. McDonald's standards are usually much higher than this outlet. The seating area was a mess with rubbish .

Tried to order breakfast but I could only order via self serve terminals. But printer was out of order or paper so I couldn’t collect order that was paid for . Waited 20 mins but staff to busy to help out. My advice is if it looks busy to give it a miss.

Not enough staff on to handle BAU ordering/prep/serving. From queueing to ordering to waiting for the food to be ready was over15 minutes, but I still had to leave without the food or risk missing a flight. Bit disappointing.
