$ Really 3.5 stars. Open Mon-Fri I assume going by their website. In the heart of an industrial zone, stopped here on the way to the airport to beat the morning rush. Good little cafe, modern interior and the fair to say, the best of the local bunch. Food was well presented - the breakfast roll a little dry - coffee was also reasonable. My main criticism was that I wasn't asked if I was dining in and the assumption made that I wasn't. So my order came in bagged and in a disposable cup. A good local however.

Great lunch food and friendly staff. Breakfast could be better. If they used decent bread for toast and actually toasted it. But the lunch menu is what I go for 10 out of 10

Breakfast only till 11am?? No bao left and only 2 bread rolls for alternative option..
Followed by very rude worker, super invasive while we are eating - Ranting on how there is no MSG in the pho soup. Very strange indeed.
Not to mention insect splattered on wall right next to dining table.
Much consolidation needed, don’t recommend to anyone.

Small businesses like these always deserve a mention and local support. Walked in, wanting to get something quick and get out. Got everything I wanted and a little more. Came back the following day, and they remembered me by name. Very friendly hard working bunch. I wish you all the best with this business.
Food: Had a banh mi and pie. Both were good with a fair few choices.
Service: Very friendly.
Location: Easy parking, easy to find. Probably more suitable for people working locally.
Value: Great value.
