Well folks what can I say about McDonald's they have the best fries in town the chicken sandwiches and fish sandwiches are great the service is usually pretty quick and the prices are not too bad. Not to mention Hey your kids love the fries so I guess we're all kidding hard huh. So check them out.

Corporate please 🙏 intervene with this franchise store by no means have any customer receive food or material in service nor should have to endure such abuse ,contempt and bullish hate in character as the Manager including staff following her lead in mistreatment to me(customer) or any customer or employee. My order was taken by the lead manager of the store prior to my order was a gentleman (white) before me who received his order with no trouble. once up at the counter I ordered and awaited as we all know today's fast food generation is lacking focus and we must check our orders before leaving the restaurant. once I received my order from the manager I noticed that my triple hamburger had only two patties I let the manager know of this mistake and she took the hamburger out of my hand with contempt knowingly seeing her touch the bun I made it clear that I did not want to receive that same sandwich in return she became ill with contempt eyes inflamed with disgust for my request to receive a new sandwich engaging with the other staff she instructed one person to make the sandwich while the others engaged in conversation belittling me. once my new sandwich was ready the preparer slams my hamburger like a hockey puck against the aluminum barrier where the manager places the burger into the bag handing it off to the staff worker handing it over to me. (Note) No one should ever have their food snatched out of their hand nor food slammed. knowing that you have purchased this food knowing that you are the customer knowing that you are showing love to this business by your purchase. To receive a gang of adults or contemptible white women acting in a non ethical or professional manner, presents a moral divide in many facilities across our country there are people who are literally promoting hate and discomfort to others we must not let them win disestablishment will lose my business and most likely those who understand from what I have shared with you not to return or to ever step foot in this establishment ever again. corporate if you are listening 🎧 share to the owner if he/she wishes to correct 💯 this behavior immediately.

Yet again the ice-cream machine is "broken". Not down for the night but broken. Twice through Tomah in the past 6 months and both times- a broken ice-cream machine. It's 5pm on a Sunday. lol I get it, I've been there, it sucks to clean the machine but why does McDonald's even offer ice-cream if the machines are broken or take so long to clean that the employees don't wanna do it. Or take it off the menu while the ice-cream machine is broken. No hate to the employees but meh to the store.

One of a few unremodeled macdons still around, so it doesn’t have the self order kiosks and the menu screen is too small. One lady was taking orders, which was fine, but the wait for pickup brought this MacDons out of the fast food category. See pic. One of the drink machines didn’t have ice. One of the ketchup pumps was broken/nonfunctional. As for cleanliness I’d give it a B-. Bathroom got a A- for being clean, having paper towels not only the weak lame air drier, but not having auto flush urinals.
