Casey's

I usually love Casey's pizza. However, the pizza from this Casey's was just terrible when I ordered on 7/2/22. I ordered two large pizzas through the app...one Supreme, one the new BBQ Brisket. The app said it would be a 65 minute wait and they would be ready at 6:07 PM. I arrived early...5:50 PM and they were already done and bordering on cold like they'd been sitting there for some time. Keep in mind, this is a full 17 minutes before they were supposed to be picked up, so they would have sat there that much longer, getting even colder and more soggy. When I got home they were by far the worst pizzas I have ever had from a Casey's. Toppings were minimal on both...if there was 2oz of brisket on the one, it would be a surprise. Both crusts were reminiscent of eating a sponge. This is not what I've come to expect from Casey's and was left very dissatisfied overall. I will not return to this location.

If you order delivery from here DO NOT pick anything from the main store. They won't come out of the kitchen to bag it up for the Dasher and will just expect them to do it themselves. The Dasher I had must have assumed they did their jobs properly because I had to be refunded over $30 worth of products I never received. Food quality seems to have gone down too, couldn't even finish it. Will not be ordering from here in the future.

Ordered a pizza deal. Large pizza, cheese sticks and their new cookie brownie desert. Came to about 25$ with delivery. I had ordered it at 5p.m to get delivered when I got off at 830. It did not arrive until 9. Because they had to FIND a driver? Pizza was cold and dry, cheese sticks were hard and dry and gross... caseys in Tomah definitely went down hill... so disappointed.

On 1st delivery order - thru DoorDash - I enjoyed the pizza. Later found Casey's provides delivery for orders via their own website (which allows for cheaper item costs and delivery fee than DoorDash, and also allows for special discounts offered by the store). 2nd delivery order was through their own website - was able to use their discount code for savings. Their website small print indicates they use a 3rd-party delivery service... their confirmation email indicated they use DoorDash for deliveries!! Interesting. Wasn't a problem... until an hour after the estimated delivery time (which was about 2 hours after order) - I called them and they said DoorDash drivers (in my smaller town) usually log off around 8pm, leaving them with few delivery drivers (I ordered at 7pm, ETA 8:30pm, still no delivery at 9:30pm, and they hadn't even assigned my order to a driver yet). They suggested I complain to DoorDash, but, since I ordered thru THEIR website, NOT thru DoorDash, it is THEIR responsibility to ensure delivery and/or complain to DoorDash. I canceled the order, but they couldn't refund me at the time - they said they would leave a note for the day shift manager to call me. No call, so I waited a few days to see if they just fixed the problem and the temp charge would fall off my credit card. Charge turned permanent, so I called the store and the mgr was not working and would be off for a few days. I was referred to their corporate office, who did arrange for refund. Food on initial order was good, delivery setup is bad. Customers shouldn't have to go through what I did. Response to owner: I appreciate your responsiveness. I did play a little bit of phone tag a couple of weeks ago with your support center, but I gave up. Again, I enjoyed your food, but I dislike disappointment - it was only one of these that left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe if I learn that you have a more consistent, reliable delivery mechanism in place in the future, I'll consider patronizing your business again. For now, I'll pass.

Not sure what happened to this place, They once had the best pizza and now it's definitely not. Ordered a pizza and some BUFFALO wings today along with popcorn chicken for everyone..Pizza was/is burnt, Popcorn Chicken is dried out and the wings are plain with NO BUFFALO season to them! $30 for food we aren't even eating 😡 If I knew how to take a picture and post it I would!!

Would give them no stars as the guy that worked tonight is totally worthless. One register doesn't work for debit card and that's the one he wants to use. Also tonight getting our delivery was a nightmare. Never told anything about door dash and order never got picked up. When called he was nothing but super rude and horrible. If caseys would get rid of this guy I would go back there but until then I refuse to stop there. Wish I knew the guys name to make sure everyone walked out while he was there.

I stop here very often for a quick slice of pizza around or after lunch time. 2.50 is a okay price for a fair size slice of good pizza. I see a lot of bad reviews about the delivery, but carry out has always been a 10/10 for me. No problems. The Apple fritters are awesome, and friendly people that make the stuff there.
