They're fine when you go through the drive through but the dining room is never open even when the door is unlocked, and there's no sign out front indicating the "pickup only" rule they say is in place. I'm not even looking to eat inside, just order- I'm not getting in my car so I can drive *literally* next door. Guess I'll just be giving my lunch business to Mr Hero across the lot instead!

I go here every Thursday evening and get same exact thing, I get the famous bowl combo and get two biscuits on the side, not once or twice but this is the third time not getting my biscuits even though I paid 2 dollars for them, and the lady at the window looked like she didn't even want to be there, no wonder I didn't get my food, probably last time I ever go there ill travel out of my way just to not go there and they are right up the street from my house

Stopped to get a bucket of crispy chicken, they didn't have enough, would have been 25min wait. We ordered #12, chicken sandwich was old and smelled funny. 2 famous bowls, was mostly corn and no gravy. Lousiana heat chicken strips, they were old, burnt and had no sauce. And the biscuit was old and hard. And they did not give us a receipt!!!!!!!!! The thing is every time we go there they don't have chicken!!! This is the last time.....never again!!!!!!!😡

Horrible experience,The manager charged me $28 for a 8 piece meal with three sides. Called Secor store and the manager over there said it was 25.69, she would not even give me the price one the menu, which was $23 and some change. I believe she is making customers pay more and she is taking out of the register at the end of the night.

The “manager” was VERY rude and wanted to area because I said I can’t hear them because two people were talking, when I asked for the owners number they refused to give it to me! Wouldn’t go back even for a napkin! Worst place to order from if I could give 0 stars I would

Every time I go to this KFC they don't have what I want they always out of everything and the woman always telling me she's eating on the microphone. Her attitude is snotty and I don't like it. They never get the order right either
