What an absolute joke! Next time I'll drive the extra 5 minutes down the road to get hot fries, my sandwich made correctly, and service without an attitude. I'm sure somewhere else would appreciate the business and not make it seem like I'm the inconvenience because you have to do your job. I'm sure things would have ran more smoothly if the manager wasn't just walking around or sitting in the office on his phone....but what do I know?

I love the customer service at this location also I got some cheesy tots and I don't know if it's the way they're making them now or if it's just me but they were the creamiest cheesiest and fresh cheesy tots I've ever experienced. My life has been changed forever ❤thanks

I didn't care too much for Burger King because both of my sandwiches are ordered look like they were overcooked and they were cold when I got it and I stood at the register waiting to be served before anybody came in asked me what I wanted that sucked I'll never go to another Burger King as long as I live unless it's for a Whopper and that might take too long to get the service was slow they need new management

The staff aren't bad but you can tell they don't want to be at work. The food tastes okay but I have eaten better tasting food at bk. Our milkshakes didn't come with whip cream. The onion rings tasted as if the were over cooked or just sat. Our food was out within seconds, so not fresh.

Burger King, the colony location should never be referred to as a fast food restaurant and it doesn't matter if you go inside or through the drive thru you are going to wait at least 15 minutes so never go there if you're in a hurry

Unusual experience. I requested a whopper with no cheese. Instead I was given a whopper with nothing on it, not even mayo or ketchup.

Burger King on central ave is pathetic. Wait in line 35 minutes, just to have your order wrong....beyond pathetic. How difficult is it to hear the customer say do not put mayonnaise on my sandwich? Can't even comprehend simply instructions but demand 15.00 an hour. PATHETIC!!!

Even with a short staff. The night crew on 09/28/21. Rocked it! They were kind, patient and the food was fresh and hot! It was worth the wait. And the strawberry shake was SO good!
