Burger King

I got my order on Friday and realized when I got to St Joseph’s Hospital that I was missing my daughter’s burger 🍔 but got everything else. She just delivered a beautiful baby boy! I called the store and they wrote my name. I came by two days later to retrieve my burger. The manager wanted to make it right and replaced my whole order! I never received such customer satisfaction like this, it was amazing!! I am recommending this location to all who happen to come by it!!

Where to begin... started off with the person taking our order in the drive through. Is it taught to say anything else rudely and constantly while my family and I are deciding what to order? I understand that your on a timer to keep you hustling. I get it is important to get us our food quickly.... fast food right? But, when is it straight up rude to say anything else.... anything else.... We get to the window. Our drinks are put into a drink carrier. We are told be careful the drink carrier is broken. I reach for the carrier when I should have stopped the whole idea and asked for a carrier that isn't broken. My mistake. When I pass the carrier to my passenger of course it breaks and all 3 drinks fall and luckily Miguel gets them to the floor board of MY BRAND NEW JEEP. So now here we are a puddle of soda. I look into the window and try to tell them what happened. No one cares. The manager is there behind the order taking lady and a young girl. Does said manager do anything um... of course not. Does the lady who took our order and who handed me a broken drink carrier do anything? Um nope. The young girl opens the window and gets us new drinks. Wow Burger King nice job..... never again. Unbelieveable. And yes I am in guest service. And this is not it.

They were closed when online and on the door it said it was open. The person that took our order through the drive thru sighed every time we asked for something. Then finally when we asked for a straw she rolled her eyes and never came back with the straw. My fiance had to go in the lobby and ask. Rude service and grouchy people.

5/4/2022 went to order and the 2 Hispanic lady's working was rude to me I got up to the order board and she kept talking to the other lady into the speaker.. I heard a whole conversation and she rudly asks what do u want I said 1 moment then she yelled loud at me what do want and I drove off. Your company lost out on over $50 order to sad it went to Wendy's instead.
