I am angry and annoyed at the experience I just had at this Arby’s. It is a blizzard outside and I work right across from Arby’s so I went over for my lunch breaks and it took 30 minutes to get my food ordered. The voice that I heard said” thank you for choosing Arby’s on this bright beautiful Colorado day,” in an annoyed robotic voice. I paid 13.14 before tax for the meal. The quality is shockingly bad. Cold meat, no sauce, dripping with grease. See picture below. Before coming to this Arby’s ask yourself, can you get this meal at higher quality for the same amount of time and price at a sit down restaurant.

Cashier was very friendly. Service was quick and the food was good. AND for the first time in 2 years we were actually given a tray with our food!!! Only complaint was that it was very cold in the lobby. Felt like a/c was left on from day before, when it was 70.

I went through the drive thru and a young voice says “thank you for choosing this arbys out of all the other places you could’ve gone tonight, how can I help you?” In a monotone voice. Great first impression. I ordered two items, when I got back to work to eat, only 1 was in there. I then called them and they said “we don’t serve that anymore” then hung up on me. They could have said that at the menu board. Last but not least one of my kids chicken tenders was half cooked. It looked disgusting. Very disappointed in the service and the food.

Not enough asjus as need you for French dips. Missing drinks. The young lady I talked to on the phone was very rude. I asked if I could get sent coupons or something she said no. She said it was not her problem. I'm disabled and I told her I was unable to come in. She then told me again that she could not help me. She told me the serving size is that she gave me were right because she remembers doing the order.

I generally like arbys but the last few times from this location is the order is incorrect or the food has been in warmers to long. And I remember 5 for 5 and 5 for 5.55 .so the coat has gone way up. With that you should expect what you pay for. My daughter got me arby's for my birthday. Curley fries were dried up roast beef I have no idea was not fresh.but I do did there shakes.now in lieu of the shakes will not go there again.

Go through drive thru wait 20 mins get the wrong order. Went inside to get it fixed to only get the wrong order again after waiting another 10 mins ..horrible service save your cash and go somewhere else

I had a coupon promo for a free Gyro and as I was driving by decided to redeem this offer and try it out. I also ordered a orange dream malt and I found both items to be rather tasty. The Gyro was fresh tasting and just the way I ordered it ( didn’t have what I didn’t want on it) ...the drive thru was a rather quick and pleasant experience ... thanks guys....
