My order on the tracker read out for delivery for over 20 minutes, despite my only being a mile away. I got a call from the driver because he couldn't find the office, even though I left very specific instructions on how to find us on the order. I told him to meet me at the restaurant downstairs (as in the instructions) When I got back upstairs with my order, I thought I smelled something. Picked up the bag, sniffed it- straight cigarette smoke. No one wants to eat that. Plus my sandwich had one piece of meat on it. Lo and behold I come to review, and the most recent one also mentions the cigarette smoke issue. Never again

Everytime I order from here my bag smells like cigarette smoke when it’s delivered. The bread is stale. It’s ALWAYS missing something. I’ve had my order left at the wrong place before and I’ve had it never show up. The last straw was my drink tasting sour. I’m done giving this place chances. It’s trash. I’ll take the drive to Publix from now on.

The new owners have improved this place tremendously it’s not the same jimmy johns that you see reviews for. Open until 7? Unheard of in Stuart old owners had it 11-2 could never eat there and when I did it was trash. Food is super fast and super great. Also it did close for a while so it should have its reviews cleared out from old place

I have ordered numerous times online for delivery to my work address that is 2 miles away. All of a sudden it stated that it is outside of the area. I called and a woman answered. I questioned how come it is no longer available and she proceeded to say with a annoyed tone that she doesn't know what to tell me and the website doesn't change. I like Jimmy Johns but the customer service at this location is far from good.

My first and last experience with Jimmy John's. It was actually worse than Subway, if you can believe that! It was like a stale cardboard tube sparsely filled with cheap expired knock-off-brand deli meats, smothered under a massive layer of mayo to hide any possible actual actual flavor. Luckily there was a giant piece of wilted iceberg lettuce to top everything off! The micro-slice of cheese was cut so thinly that I honestly don't even know what kind of cheese it was supposed to be! However, since I always try to end on a high note, the Dr. Pepper was good!
