Subway

The worst Subway i've ever visited. Incompetent employees. Tried one of the new milksakes and it was hardly filled. Looked nothing like the picture. Asked for a refund and I had to argue with the employee to get my money back. She said she cant fefund it and then she finally admitted she didint know how. C'mon Subway.

Worst subway ever! Manager has zero customer service skills. This same manager will slap your sandwich together and very rudely rush you along to take her time on cashing you out. The other staff seem much more polite and attentative to customers and work ethic. As long as that managers there I will not return. Nor will I suggest to anyone I know.

Place is going downhill. Takes 10 minutes to make a sub. Last time she took so long we left line without ordering. This time girls on her phone and throws like I am a bother. Watching bugs getting zapped in a bug zapper on wall of back kitchen room. Prices have gone up quality down. Lettuce was browning. Tomatos appeared mush and I passed because top one had black mold clearly and she didn't care. Subs don't taste fresh let alone not very good. Not finishing them. I'll pass from now on and just get things from gas station store itself and food elsewhere. Pity. I used to love Subway.

The cashier was amazing was very helpful made very delicious and neat sandwiches, I put 2 stars for the establishment for putting only the cashier by himself alone to make the food and be the cashier at the same time I felt for the guy, it’s not right he was doing a job of two people, I wanted to put no star but because of him and the food he made I put 2 please take care of your employees, I’m a little late on the date when I’m putting this review but it’s been in my head since the day it happened.
