First Watch

I came to Missouri from Mississippi to visit my daughter and was looking for a good place to eat breakfast. The local breakfast places all look the same and First Watch caught my eye with a unique breakfast setup. I got the Eggs Benedict with Salmon and a bowl of fresh fruit. It was very tasty! This place reminds me of the food styles of California 😃

First Watch has become our new fave breakfast/brunch spot in Springtown, with Cracker Barrel following close behind in second, lol. Hands down tops when it comes to creativity and healthy options on the menu, including healthy juice options like our favorites like the "Kale Tonic" and the "Sunrise Meditation". My personal favorite food menu option is the "Elevation Egg Sandwich", and tried the "Quinoa Power Breakfast" (gluten free low carb) this morning and was impressed. Of course, if you prefer traditional breakfast dessert options First Watch has you covered for both children's menu and adults! The "Million Dollar Bacon" appetizer deserves it's own special props. The service is fantastic, has always been exceptional on several different occasions regardless of which location I visited (E Sunshine or S National). Enjoy! But don't forget your wallet...

This is a new facility and everything looked great. More importantly, the food was excellent. My wife and I enjoy eating at First Watch and we were not disappointed on this visit. There seemed to be a little confusion amongst the serving staff since they opened very recently, but any issues were very minor. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a restaurant that hits every right note. The decor compliments the menu, which is further improved by the friendly staff surrounding you. Breakfast is a passion of mine, and this is the one place I trust to make it with the care I put into a plate for myself. The hashbrowns are crispy, yet flavorful. Over-hard egg fans will be happy to know that this is the only kitchen that can actually make them in a manner that is both attractive AND delicious. My love for this locale only grows with each passing visit, and this may not be the final time I feel the need to sing its praises. For now, just make sure you're in line tomorrow morning, and I'll see you there.

I’ve been here a few times and have loved every experience! If you go here ask for Sophia! She is such an amazing waitress and you can definitely tell that she has been doing this for awhile. She is an amazing conversationalist and you can tell that she is very educated. The food is very good as well with some great healthy options. DEFINITELY recommend!
