Don't get a cake here, we had discussed in detail and decided on the cake, colors, flowers etc. I picked up the cake for it to be wrong, I told the lady waiting on me that they had boxed the wrong cake for my order, she insisted it was my order. I told her this was definitely not what I'd ordered, I ended up having to purchase this wrong cake at full price or end up with no cake at this point for my birthday event. I was even more disappointed with quality of the cake(dry) and shocked to be told that the cakes aren't even baked at the bakery but at someone's personal home and transfered there, I'm sorry but that's somewhat gross to me. I will not return

Julie's Chewies NEVER disappoints! I have been both sender and recipient of their amazing treats for several years. The quality of their gourmet sweets is simply incomparable ! The flavors and choices are amazing! Prices are very reasonable and affordable for the size and number of cookies or bars. The ability to create your own box or basket is so much fun! In addition to the quality of the product, the service is outstanding! From phone conversations, to planning a surprise, to their on schedule delivery, or their recognizable "purple box", they always put a personal spin on things and my recipients are always overjoyed! Thank you Julie's Chewies for another successful gift giving! I only regret not ordering a second box for myself!

Best cookies and service in town. Support locally owned!! I had ordered some cookies from them and I did not remember I had clicked the delivery button. I called up there in a panic because I was not sure they got my order. The couple was so nice and patient with me. Thank you to the lovely couple who helped me this morning!! You both are amazing and you make delicious cookies!!

I received the purple box with the dozen 1/4 lb. cookies via delivery yesterday as a thank you gift from the company where I work. The packaging was very nice, the cookies were not good at all. They were very dry, all tasted the same and are not edible. I e-mailed Julies Chewies today to let them know.

I do not normally post reviews of places on line. I can honestly count on one hand how many time I have done so, ever. So will I do in my opinion it speaks volumes for the quality of service. Everyone is going to have their own experience and standards that influences their opinion. For me I have had nothing but great experience. In my opinion hands down their cookies are best I have EVER had. They are reasonably priced the the great quality you get. I have saw many people complain about the customer service. From my point of view and experiences (many of times), the service has been nothing but superb. I have even shared with others that I talk with regarding the place, that I love just going in there just to visit with them. They have been nothing but super helpful and fun to just carry on conversations with. I have went in multiple times just to pick up my order and end up talking for 15 or 20 mins just about various things. I always leave wanting to spend more time with them. They provide a very warm almost like going to your grandparents house while they bake atmosphere. I recommend them to everyone I speak to when having a discussion about where to find the best bakery. Again, I understand all this is very subjective and I can only speak from my experiences. But I absolutely love this place and hope to continue going in the coming time.
