Domino's Pizza

I'm generally a fan of Domino's because of the convenience of the app, but I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered from this location. It was my first time ordering from this particular spot and I had high hopes since my experience with my original location is usually satisfactory. We ordered delivery and the ordering process was smooth and easy, the estimated delivery time was pretty accurate, and I wasn't too concerned about how expensive the entire meal was since I expected to be impressed. We ordered 2 pizzas (1 pan pizza and 1 hand tossed) and both were delicious, but the pasta, sandwich, and salad were a huge disappointment. I understand that Domino's is known for its pizzas, but I wish they wouldn't sell the other items if they're not going to try to make them worth the money. Overall, I felt like I overpaid for the entire meal and will most likely stick to only the pizzas moving forward.

This review is for Dominos located on 907 Sumner Ave., Springfield MA. I placed an order yesterday that was never delivered. Called the store yesterday and also today, and they hung up on me twice, the third time someone picked up and informed they do not deliver to our area. Not sure how else to solve or make out of this unpleasant situation. UPDATE: The manager Mr Augusto reached out to us, and it was very kind of him to explain struggling situation due to COVID pandemic. His email to resolve the concern is greatly appreciated.

What happened?! Domino's was my fave, but not anymore. Ordered small cheese and a combo last night and Cesar's bests you, if you like cardboard. Only thing good was the delivery person's service. Sooo disappointed, especially for the price! I am pleased to say that Augusto Garcia who is the owner contacted me and is providing two large pizzas, bread twists, or desserts to compensate for the bad experience. I do appreciate his management of the problem.

I appreciate the effort in making my experience a great one, I do believe the new owner has taken steps into giving everyone 5 star service. I would have given this but the hostility from the manager was definitely uncalled for. I believe adopting the customer service from other establishment would bare the fruit he is searching for. Customer service at any level of dining should be nothing but stellar.

July 25th late night: This with my first time ordering from this establishment. They were prompt, attentive and aware we were waiting. Someone came out to ask about our order, then quickly retrieved it. WAY better then my local establishment (Walnut Street) it was loaded, and tasted as great as it looked. We had a five topping Brooklyn style. 😋 Yummmm.
