Wings Over Springfield

I've been to this Wings Over many times throughout the years and this last time I went really didn't sit well with me. I went to pick up my online order and on my way in, I encountered two young ladies eating and chatting at the front counter, but since they were the only people there, i walked up to them. When I got to the counter there was absolutely no welcoming vibe from them, I barely was even acknowledged and they finally did because I spoke up and said I had an online order. They hand me my order and continue chatting away together. When I get to my car I realize I wasn't given the drink I ordered, so I went back in and asked for it politely and left. When I got home I noticed I was missing the fries with my order and decided to give them a call and let them know of the mistake and that I don't live too far and would go back for them. I was in no way disrespectful. When I finally looked at the fries they gave when home, it looked like they gave me all the fries from the bottom of a bag. I believe it was done out of ill will. The staff at this place during 8pm are very unprofessional. Having worked at several fast food franchises I can say that this Wings Over needs to do a better job hiring people who at least will do their job and not give their customers below bare minimum professionalism.

they messed up my order by not putting bacon in a chicken bacon ranch, thankfully i didn't drive off even though i waited 30 minutes, but the staff was super nice and handled the problem as promptly as possible. it was a really good sandwich otherwise, i took the employees suggestion of using the the ranch dusting as the coating for the chicken and it was super tasty. the garlic parm tots are worth getting again as well

I will never support this establishment again. I ordered a 24 piece bone in extra extra crispy. I get there and luckily I checked. The wings were soft and bleeding. I workers/and I assumed manager stated that the wings in question were as crispy as they were allowed to fry. I've had several orders upon compliance. I asked If I could have an order fried as specified, worker/manager said no. Refund was given, myself, friends and family will take our busses elsewhere, especially the super bowl from here on out.

I'm glad people before me have had good customer service because lately as I've been coming here, it's been terrible. I'm only rating the service 2 stars. I've called before to place an order on the phone 3 times and I've been hung up on each time after waiting for 10 minutes. The workers are always off-putting and not very friendly. The chicken, however, is some good chicken. I'd give it 5 stars for that because it beats KFC and Chick-fil-A. Just wish I could get some service in here. Come now.

Tonight I stopped to pick up a classic chicken sandwich with no tomatoes. I have stopped here a total of 3 times in the past 4 months so needless to say I Do not frequent But the 1st sandwich I got was fantastic however the 2nd sandwich was not so fantastic the bun was very very stale and the lettuce was just limp and old ...so I have waited a while again and decided tonight to pick up this classic chicken sandwich ....well strike 2 too because the sandwich was not good ..stale very stale bun and again the lettuce to be honest very very sad to serve A limp piece of greenery that shouldn't even be on somebody's food. So in conclusion there will be no strike 3 I am all set. Good luck to the rest of you And be well.

Staff were so helpful & friendly, answering all of our questions. There were two other parties eating while we were there and we waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 4 piece tender meals. Tots were hot right out of the grease, but the chicken was cold. When reported to the server after she checked on us, she offered to make us another, but I'm not one to waste so we declined. She came back & offered a dessert to compensate, but we just wanted to let her know & didn't accept. Overall service is excellent and food is OK.
