Starbucks

Stopped for Iced coffee and tea. This Starbucks had a nice location for highway traffic. A new person behind the counter slowed things a bit, but he made it just right. Decided on a Lemon Coffee Cake slice to go with our drinks, that was very good. The store appeared clean and well maintained. Recommend that if you have the desire and time when in their area, stop in.

I go to Starbucks every morning. I order the same exact drink every single day. It has not failed that my drink has been messed up every day for at least the last 3 weeks and the store manager Toryan is always great about offering to have it re-maid or the next drink being on him. When he’s not there the people in the windows are absolutely rude and hateful and act as if my drink being messed up and me wanting it fixed is such a bother to them. This morning I went through and the drink was wrong and had coffee grounds in the bottom of it and the lady at the window was so rude about me wanting that to be fixed. She rolled her eyes at me and than wouldn’t speak when she handed out what was supposed to be the new drink. I spend $6.20 there at the minimum every day. One or two times a week messing my order up I could handle or even every time if I wasn’t so disrespected when asking for it to be fixed.
