I'd just like to say, "love their sliders!". Well, except for one occasion when I bought 4 and 1 was cold, uh, yuck!. If I didn't live so far away I'd have returned it. Oh well, next time, I will. Just hope there's no next time 🙏.

The young lady working the drive-thru took our custom order and put it together figured up the new price and didn't complain one bit that was about the best customer service I've seen in a good while. Great positive attitude thank you

Food wasnxt bad, onion petal were a bit burnt, but restaurant felt dirty. Floor was sticky, and not just in places, felt likethey just left mop water to dry on it.

Fast and friendly, food is lacking tho. Too much onion on the sliders. Almost seemed as if we got extra onion to replace the pickles we requested to be withheld from the sliders

It was great. Great customer service, great food, great atmosphere. I love coming here. And the inside is open for eating which is hard to find these days.

Suuuuuuuuuuuuucked. I dont know if they was super busy with door dash, but it took 10 minutes to take my order (I was at the counter) I ordered 2 burgers, small fries, and a drink, in total it took 30min.

I just LOVE White Castle! We visit every few months to pick up a Crave Case with cheese to go. When we get home, we enjoy a few, then I take a couple gallon zip lock bags and place as many of the little boxed burgers as will fit into the bags, then pop them into the freezer. Then whenever I want a quick, yummy meal or snack, I remove 4 slider boxes, place on a paper plate and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. They taste like I just bought them! So much better than the frozen ones sold at the grocery store, and these have pickle slices, where the grocery ones don't! Whenever my freezer supply runs low or worst yet, out, I will be back to White Castle to replenish my supply. Don't forget to sign up for their emails and download their app. If ordering through the app you will always receive a discount. Last time I got $5.00 off my Crave Case! 🍔🍔🍔
