They have you wait 15 minutes through drive-through to give you the wrong order how can you mess up someone’s order when you’re looking at a screen they’re too busy speaking Spanish back there I hate this Dunkin’ Donuts it’s the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the city… whoever is the manager here need to do a better job get it together Dunkin’ Donuts people don’t understand why you guys want to $15 an hour to give people the wrong order… I would be so embarrassed to work here…

Something is always broken, unavailable, etc. And if you order ahead in the app and they don’t have what you want, they do nothing to help you out. They run out of cups, straws, cream and sugar all the time. The latte machine is never working.

Wrong food given to me-charged for stuff I didnt order or want. speaker broken in drive through was told to basically shout my order i did so multiple times nicely at their request it was made wrong they rolled their eyes were argumentative and bacon was still raw second time and bagel was correct-@ that point i left and am boycotting the locations because I did not want to waste food and time. They said i had to ask for it well toasted or double toasted - I literally YELLED it (politely into their broken microphone) like 3-5 times
