These people just do not care. The guy at the window asked me if I could help him out with a couple bucks. Extremely unprofessional. Then as I’m eating my sandwich waiting for the rest of my order he tries to make fun of me for eating my sandwich. Obviously bitter that I did not give him money and your attempt to humiliate me has failed as there is nothing embarrassing about eating a breakfast sandwich.

Your coffee will leak all over your car. The new cups have no cover over the mouth spout, also paper cups have multiple seams that leak all over the place. The tops pop off the cup if you squeeze it even a little bit. This is not the employees fault. They try very hard and are also frustrated. I like my bagel toasted. I ask for it toasted dark and I get a warm moist microwaved bagel that is disgusting. I sometimes repeat myself that I want it toasted dark. Then they burn it, there is no middle ground. Its either not toasted at all or solid charcoal.
