Mcdonald's

It's a rest stop McDs so be prepared to pay nearly double. Whatever. The girl working the counter was nice, but the manager felt the need to scream orders as though it were mobbed at lunchtime when it was pretty calm. Even still, had to wait an extra 5 minutes for a new batch of fries. No problem, fresh fries are good. However, I don't know if it's a NY controlled thing, but my fries came out in a bag that was labeled large. It was barely bigger than a normal small. It was tiny. And they didn't even pack it. Everything came in bags or paper wrappers, including the nuggets. At least the straws were compostable plastic. All in all the food was good, just very poor value and a long wait.

Time to update my review! The lady at the drive thru is probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with in my life, I think she reads her bad reviews then goes extra petty because miraculously every time she's at the window my order didn't go through?? Woooow. I bet the owner of this establishment LOVES her, driving away all their business 😋 it's honestly hilarious, as a profession driver I'm here all the time just chilling, weird how there are never any problems with my order unless she's here 😂 Also as a side note this mcdonalds sucks for other reasons too, its the only one in like 50 miles that charges $2.77 for a medium drink, instead of $1 for any size.

Over priced half way decent food and to top it off the manager tells me NO REFILLS Here?!!!! So you fill the drink up with ice and I have to buy another drink to get a refill??!!! This is the worst McDonald's in the country. DON'T STOP HERE!! You have been warned. As others have stated THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!! Things like this will only get worse if we as the consumer continue to spend OUR MONEY at these types of places.

I ordered my food at 10:15 pm. They where super busy and had people clocking out to go home. But the manager (I didn’t get her name) and crew member angel r gave me excellent service. They where busy but where very kind! The food was fresh and it was fast! That’s all a customer wants when driving all day:) thank you McDonald team! they even got my sauce in the bag without me reminding them for it! Also tagged the double cheese burger with Mac sauce burger! It’s important to see this when in a rush.

I wish i can do -star,i usely not write any comments but this place deserves to let other knows that stay away from here,i had couple stop here and staff is rude ,food was disgusting disappointing,i hqve bought spicy chickens sandwiches,the chicken is old and cold ,then i stop in morning i got breakfast oatmeal there was no raisins no apples nothing in there ,and lady over the counter look like tired from working since thousands year and rude !!just give you guys head’s up!!
