Dunkin'

This is the first time I feel compelled to write a negative review on a business. The last 3 times I’ve been to this location I wasn’t even served because they never have anything. I went around 7 pm to get donuts and they had none. Like ZERO donuts. The other day I went for coffee and the machine wasn’t working. Today I went to get a refresher at noon and they were “already out” of refreshers. And not only that but before their official closing hours they are already closed! Very disappointing and never trying again to shop at this location. Go to the one in Lake Mary, much better service.

I have visited this location several times recently and the customer service there is nonexistent. Each time I ended up walking out because they didn't even acknowledge me after waiting more than 10-15 at the counter. There was only one other customer before me. Once they served the customer, which took what seemed like an eternity, I did not even get a courtesy "we'll be with you in a moment". After about another 5-7 minute wait, I left. I would highly recommend a training course for all staff. Perhaps consider following the path of another fast food establishment (ahem....Chic-Fil-A) that excels in customer service 100% of the time.

This location really needs to get it together they’re always out of everything and just went through and they said they currently weren’t any more orders because they were to backed up. I’ve worked customer service for years and still do and never have been to the point to where we couldn’t continue taking orders they honestly just need to close this location it’s not worth the gas drive to it

This Dunkin has totally replaced the unprofessional, inattentive crew from this summer with a team that really cares about their customers. JT, one of the manager, has to be one of the hardest working baristas I ever encountered, he multi tasks like nobody business and is always on the ball with a smile. And the rest of the crew is doing a good job also.
