VERY clean and well kept. One of the best Subways I’ve been to. If you’re on a road trip and need somewhere to stop, this is a great option

Like in all Subway Restaurants, the food is usually fresh. The only time a customer would run into a problem, it would be with the server (an employee) not listening, because they're preoccupied or just plain has an attitude that they brought from home. I mentioned that, because it's happened to me. Otherwise the Subway franchise is a great place to dine in or take out 😋

I and especially my teenager really like subway, but this one closes everyday by 1pm. So we can never eat there. Sign on the door says they close because they're short staffed. So hopefully they get some more employees soon.

I visited on Jan 21 and the three ladies that worked there that day are so delightfully pleasant. They are some of the nicest people I have interacted with in any aspect of customer service. I have worked in many retail and customer service jobs and have always paid attention to the level of customer service I receive any where I visit. Every time I visit this Subway I leave feeling happier because of the people that work there.

Everyone at this Subway location on Spring Ln in Sanford was extremely pleasant! It was a great experience, Wanda greeted me in a professional, friendly manner. She made my Tuna sub with care and treated me very respectfully. Before leaving she asked me to please come back to see her and everyone else. They’re like family haha! The Tuna sub was excellent, fresh ingredients and fresh Tuna!

I went there last night and the young lady "Mia" was very rude and would cut me off when I was telling her what I wanted on my sub. She rushed through trying to hurry because it was "closing time" which it was only 9:15pm when I got there and they close at 10pm. This isn't the first time she's been rude and unprofessional, she had also been rude to my daughter when she ordered there before. Sorry but when you have rude employees like that, you lose customers!

The staff is great, and the restaurant is always clean. This is my favorite subway and we eat here usually a couple times a week. However, they do not have roast beef anymore or rotisserie chicken. Didn't get the chicken often (my wife did) but the roast beef was my go to. How can you have a sandwich shop with no roast beef? Lost a customer today, sorry. Bring back roast beef pretty sure that's a staple at any sandwich shop.
