Slow and unprofessional! Horrible customer service! Got a refund on my order after waiting patiently in the lobby for a half hour for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a drink. Meanwhile the managers are complaining about it “being to busy”. I have never had a good experience at this McDonald’s. There are two others in town that are much better options and has a much better staff and quicker service!

Slow as all get out, We got in the drive thru @ 10:20pm didn't leave until after 10:50pm. You'd think for the wait the food would be fresh at least, but no. Stale nuggets, stale fries, and 3 packs of ketchup is all I got.

Don’t even bother going here at night. You will be waiting in line for over 1 hour or you just won’t be served at all. They need to hire better night shift employees that actually work instead of getting paid to do nothing but walk around all night and listen to music.

The worst McDonalds location we have ever visited. This location is obviously understaffed. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru for our app order. None of the condiments requested in the app were included nor any napkins. The worst part of this experience was the undercooked, red meat patty in our Dbl Qtr Cheese. We were scared to get sick and tossed out the burger after noticing the potentially dangerous meat. This entire experience was horrific. This location should close or limit its hours until it is properly staffed.

Mcplant is greeeeaaat. I'm so glad they have a vegetarian option. It's great when you have a mixed family. ( meat eaters/vegetarians).
