Quality of the food is always on point. Staff is super friendly and patient. They were fantastic with my toddler and hearing out her request, she loves them as they always treat her with respect and listen to her. Overall a consistent and wonderful experience.

Not my cup of tea. For the price, I could've went to jersey Mikes got a smaller Philly cheese steak. And would've got a bigger better sandwich! Half of jerseys weighed more then their full one.

This location is way better than kyle. Sandwiches are delicious, people are friendly, lots of chips to choose from. 4 stars only because its a bit pricey (18$ for 2 small combos). But I definitely recommend 👍.

I wish - as it’s currently hard to find help - they had a few sandwiches without sauce.
I ordered no mustard. I meant no mustard.
It arrived with mustard. I had to purchase a new sandwich. That’s terrible customer service.
There isn’t a sandwich available to some set without sauce.
I get - hard to find employees.
I just want an edible sandwich. I spent $20.

Firehouse Subs are really delicious. The first time I ever had one was in Lewisville, TX. My mom brought me there to try one. I been loving them ever since. If you haven't tried a sub from there. Definitely try it. It is worth it.

My sub, the Italian, was very good. Service was fast and friendly. Large selection of soft drinks. They delivered to the table, which is a nice touch. Three different sizes are offered to reach if their subs. I chose the smallest size and was satisfied with my choice.
