The slowest McDonald's ever, drive thru line all the way to street. Got off to order and stood in front of register for 8 min and not even a hello from staff. Waited 2 more minutes and said forget it. Kids standing around talking and management walking back and forth. This place is a disgrace to the brand.

My niece and I are doing an "ice cream challenge" where we visit different places to try their ice cream and this was our first stop. The shop is small but has a few chairs inside and some small tables outside in a shaded area.
First, nice location with lots of parking. Very friendly staff and the guy working answered all my nieces questions about how everything worked.
Second, this is not your average ice cream shop. It is a great experience to see them make your ice cream using liquid nitrogen (I believe this is what they use). It was really cool to see the process.
Third, they have a pretty large selection of flavors for ice cream, frozen yogurt, and sorbet. My niece had chocolate with an addition of dark chocolate chips. It was very good. We would both order it again. I would not add the dark chocolate as I am not a fan.
I ordered the blackberry sorbet. It was very disappointing. I think it should have been "frozen" one more time as it was a bit runny. The flavor was not there. I didn't get blackberry flavor at all. It just had a weird taste and texture, bitter, sour, and chemically. There was actual fruit in it but it didn't look like blackberries at all unless they were completely unripe. They looked more like raspberry or pomegranate. Definitely would not order again.
Fourth, the price was in little high in my opinion for the amount of ice cream you got. For two of their small bowls which is about a scoop or maybe a bit more, it was just over $13.00. The ice cream wasn't worth the price but getting to see the set up and watch them make the ice cream added some value.
I recommend it if you want a different ice cream experience.

The menu at the drive-thru was broken, showing less than half of their for-sale items. When I mentioned it to the person in the little box, they didn't respond at all. Nothing. Silence. I ordered a few things that I could see and pulled up the the first window to pay. There, I mentioned it again and she looked absolutely SHOCKED at what I was saying. She did alert a co-worker, so it's possible that it was fixed later that evening

The food is fine, but the place seems very disorganized. I went in since the drive thru was packed, and it took forever to order and get my food -- a McFlurry and a diet Coke. And no one was in line before or after me! The employees didn't seem happy.

Seriously customer service sucks... have to wait 25 min to get breakfast . By time i asl them if my order is almost out its lunch time.... need better management..

This is a pretty good McDonalds, they always have ice cream! But sometimes in the evening it gets so busy because they only have the drive thru open that cars will block the road by just being in line for the drive thru.

I really don't go here because it's always packed. Times I have(because I accidentally placed a mobile order to that restaurant) they either get my order wrong or the food is so badly made that I regret going there. Mobile order takes a good 30 min wait once you arrive. I hadn't placed a review because I didn't think it was worth my time. But this time the food was so horrible. My fries were over cooked, the 4$ Mcrib had one pickle and hardly any bbq sauce, bacon Mc doubles I ordered with extra pickles had 3 pickles. It's like the quality goes down to make the service go faster.
