I came at 8:50pm to buy my drinks (I ordered 10 drinks) got home and realized one of them was wrong, came back although it says they close at 10pm they closed at 9pm refuse to even try and figure out why I was there told them through the door that it’s wrong they just looked at me and ignored me all of them just stared and me with the drinks as I told them through the door it was wrong and they just shrugged at me. If I could leave no stars I would. It’s not the first time they get my order wrong.

Went to this Starbucks to get a gift card for my wife since it’s Valentine’s Day. Apparently they had a sign that I didn’t see that it said only drive-through orders. The reason why I went in was because I drive a big cargo van and my van did not fit in a drive-through . The lady in the front said i’m sorry we are not taking orders only mobile pick ups I tried explaining to her but I just wanted a gift card for my wife she said you have to go through the drive-through ? For a gift card ????tried explaining to her that my van was too big for the drive-through all she could say was sorry I can’t help you. What kind of stupid customer service Are they offering?? But yet they had the registers for the drive-through working fine Bunch of racist white people working in this store. Maybe because I’m Mexican they did not want to help me . Never in my life will I spend another dollar at any Starbucks

The drinks are ALWAYS half melted when I receive them! You ask for extra caramel or extra anything & they don't give you any. They literally have one job & can't even get it right. AMAZING!!!🙃

Worst drive thru experience ever... 20 minutes being 2 cars back from placing my order, not 20 cars deep. Ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches and a tea. 15 minutes later got to the window to find out they were out of the specific tea, replaced it with boiling water and the closest thing to match. The breakfast sandwiches that were in 1 bag were barely room temperature and the other that was in its own bag they never bothered to unwrap from the way they're shipped to location, and never made it to their microwave. It was fresh from the refrigerator. What a disappointment after such an insane wait. Will never go back.

There was a lot of staff and it still took 15 minutes to get a regular coffee and I was not asked about cream or sugar.
