They are sloppy when making the food and stingy with taco sauce. Said only allowed two packets per order even tho we ordered 8 items we were only "allowed" 4 packets. 😂 She gave me 4 more.

In these times of financial hardship ,many of us rely on value menus ($.99 , $1.00) items.
It's with a heavy heart that I have to inform the eating public, Taco Bell has taken away the burritos for a buck , I know inflation, not their fault, but still everyone suffers.

Girlfriend needed a bean burrito. They delivered on that but nachos were lacking for even Taco Bell standards. No traditional "off menu items" available here either. And still no Mexican Pizza!

Only good for drive thru orders. They wait until drive thru is completely cleared before preparing food ordered before drive thru. I ended walking out without my food and contacting corporate office.
Edited: I am vegetarian and twice they have but steak on my grilled burrito

If you see a line at the drive thru, just keep going somewhere else. They are not able to handle a lot of orders, and will either get your order wrong or forget items. You will also wait 10-15 minutes (even if it’s just for a drink). Apparently they have 1 cashier for drive thru and the counter, so you’re better off going to a different location.
Same people that handle your food also handle the restroom keys, and don’t wash their hands in between either.
The beans are also always watery. I thought it was just me, but other people have confirmed the food here sucks compared to other locations in the city.

Used the drive thru, 1 car in front, no one behind us. Ordered and paid and was told to park in adjacent lot to wait for food. After noticing the car next to us (that had been sitting for a while) driver had to go into the restaurant to get his food, and then another 11 minutes of waiting and watching 3 cars get their food and go thru, I proceeded to go in to check on our $38 order. No one at the register, I stood there being totally ignored by not only 5 staff members but the manager himself until I started waving my receipt around and getting loud about my food.
It had been sitting for who knows how long over where the drive thru window was.
The nachos were soggy, chips were stale. The Doritos locos tacos were soggy. The burritos were cold. Just overall terrible. Not going to go there anymore. I'd rather take the short drive to the Alisal location.
