Mcdonald's

Several weeks ago went to McDonald's drive-thru ordered a copy got to the window to pay I asked if I could order a small fry was told to go back in line through the drive-thru and placed the order that was her new policy kind of find out I got corporate headquarters got a call from them the following day this is in Salinas Al branch kind enough to tell me what the procedures were was lied to by the person that was working at the window and was taking care of by the headquarters so for that I give him five stars you get address the problem and then tell me straight out without trying to hide anything that it was uncalled for took care of me and I appreciate it

Whent to two diffrent McDonald's looking for big breakfast with hotcakes nd they told me they didn't have any so i came here... nd they said they didn't sell anymore because it was 11:01... nd they stop selling breakfesst at 11.... i was like wow... so if yall want breakfast dont come at 10-12 cuz its consider afternoon already... come before 10Am.... or they wont sell u breakfast

It's close so it's convenient, but the service isn't great, they're too slow. I get they're off a freeway exit but then they should hire more efficient staff. I don't go there too often but they're literally 2 minutes away, and since I only eat at that location 4 times a year, I bare the awful experience and have no expectations what so ever. Update: My hubby got off late and was hungry so he decided to stop there and I wanted a filet O fish and I came home to a fish sandwich that was splattered with Mayonnaise and relish permeating from the side of the sandwich. I used fries and napkins to try and take the first bites but seriously it was disgusting I'm not kidding when I said I threw up after taking the first bites & then immediately tossed in the trash, I'm SO done!

They will knowingly leave food out of the order so they don't have to refund your money when they sell you food they don't have. Orderd apple pies over heard manager tell employees to give me the order and I wouldn't know till I got home. And when I asked manager she said well I guess ill give you a refund.or you can wait 30 minuts for them to cook. Its not the money its the prinsipal of it.
