Rolla Lucky House

While many of their items are good, don't consider ordering the combination fried rice. It is tasteless. First the combo is beef, chicken and maybe pork...no shrimp, no onions, nothing else except the rice so there is NO FLAVOR. I had to add 4 packets of soy sauce for it to even be edible. Don't count on the meat to add flavor cause it doesn't...the meat is as bland as the rice. Never again...it cost the same as the Mandrain Gardens, however theirs has lots of shrimp, onions, and egg. It is tasty, so this will be my last order for combo fried rice from Lucky House.

They give you so much food for the price. We always get their orange chicken and general chicken because it is so good. They are so busy the street is lined up with customers because they are that good. Get their general chicken yummm I have to say this is all I have ever ordered so I’m not sure about anything else.. my husband especially loves the rice, but I myself don’t care for it because it is so bla. No veggies are in it and I always have to add salt and pepper to it. The staff aren’t the friendliest either.

Food is mediocre. I ordered half sesame chicken and half coconut shrimp. I’ve had Lucky House several times before, so when I tasted the rice, it was very clear that was not what I usually received. I called, thinking they had possible changed their orders to include plain rice as a base instead of fried rice. When I explained this situation (to 2 different people, repeatedly). They told me they had not changed their rice in 20 years, however as previously stated, this is not the rice I have received in past visits. I explained this, once again, and was continuously told this is the same rice and they can not help me. Considering their rising prices, subpar customer service, and mediocre food, I would not recommend.

I use to absolutely love this place. The food is ok but the lady at the front counter is absolutely rude! I didn't catch her name because I was so off put by her approach with my husband and I. We walked in to place an order and she looked at us like we were the scum of the earth followed by eye rolling I asked if that's how she treats customers how do they have a business immediately walked out

That was the worse Chinese food i have ever had... one you expensive 2 uou not good.. how you will make a food and trow salt on it... way too salty and we calling them they talking rubish and anging up phone on us...if you cook a good food no one will complain.. i will not come back from st robert for $20.. but when a customer call you should be respectful and talk nicely
